Pram

Well I hope all my friends in the US are having a great Valentines Day. I tried to call my daughter in PA to tell her I love her but I guess her wonderful new husband has taken her someplace nice to celebrate their first St Vals day as a married couple.
Well its raining cats and dogs here! Some minor flooding, and the rain is just not letting up. I must admit I love rainy weather, I feel so cosy in my little house, all snuggled and warm.
I wanted to show you all something I won at Christmas time. I am not the best photographer in the world but I think you will agree with me that this is just beautiful. Unfortunately these pictures just do not do it justice. My granddaughter could not understand that Nanna did not give her this and wanted to keep it for herself..lol.

I am looking forward to the many ways I can use this pram to decorate, I have had it with a china doll baby in it... but I can see a million uses for it.

Well I am off out to have lunch with a few of my friends. Have a great day everyone.

Hi Marilyn,
What a great mum you are! I hope your daughter got totally spoilt rotten on her first married Valentines Day.
The pram is just gorgeous, how lucky are you to have won it. No wonder you don't want to pass it on! Can't wait to see what you put in it.
Hope you had a great day out for your lunch date.

Marilyn just love the pram have to be one of the best wins I have seen in awile, what is it about Kempsey & there give aways. My sister inlaw won a complete camping set from the RSL just before Xmas & all she did to win was buy one glass of coke! & that was for a friend! We do not have wins like that in Coffs or rather I never have a win.
Hope you feeling better & pleased to see you didn't get any major flooding down there.

Thank you Marilyn for your kind comment on my blog.

I have been absent a bit lately because dear son has been hogging the internet with his battlefield 2 game when he is not doing his mountain of homework that I have had to help him with (very annoyed with the school, seems to be getting an awful lot!). When he plays on his computer, my computer runs too slow for blogging.

I have been working more than usual and trying to organise myself a bit. I normally only work 2 days a week but lately it has been three or four and that throws me right out of whack.

I have planned my meals for the next two weeks and done a fortnight's shopping so I am pleased about that as each meal is planned and organised.

I am thinking of giving my job away so I need to work out whether I can budget well enough to get by. Of course I can but it is a bit stressful thinking about it.

I do have some blogs waiting in the wings so will try and do them over the next few days.

Thanks for caring about my welfare, I really appreciate it. I hope you are feeling better too.
