Wow! Pretty coloured cakes for sure. Well, to answer your question regarding the pasta dish, I can't really remember the name of the pasta, might have been something that starts with R, I'll check when I go to the supermarket next time. Anyway, you can use any pasta, small spirals or penne or even fettucine are all fine. Basically I cooked the pasta, made meatballs, cut some brocolli, champignons (or mushrooms)and onions and added them in with some pasta sauce and that's it. Yummy dish.
Marilyn, I hope you are doing ok. I've been wondering if you've recovered from your terrible ordeal. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I'm just glad you're ok and that you weren't harmed physically.

I found out the name of the pasta, it's called Rollini, just thought I'd drop by to let you know. Also in that dish, I added cherry tomatoes cut in halves, you can use normal tomatoes as well. Have a nice day!
